Our big family

The Mary T. Family of Companies has over 600 employees who serve in a variety of job opportunities throughout our many locations in Minnesota and Maryland. Most of our positions involve providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities and older adults. We also employ people in management and administrative functions.

A wide range of full time and part time positions are available, including evenings, overnights, and weekends. Employees who regularly work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company benefits.
